Reports & pricingPay for the lots you would bid on.

The facts and a Good or Potential rating are free. The A to E grade, the working behind it, the bid limit and the legal-pack checks are in the report, and each lot's report is sold only 10 times. Checkout opens at launch; join the waitlist for the founding-member offer.

Questions

What is free on every lot page?

The guide price, auction house and date, the property type, tenure, lease length, occupancy, the floor area and where it came from, a Good or Potential rating, and a link to the auctioneer's own listing.

What do I get for £8.49?

One lot's full report: the deal grade from A to E, the maximum bid on a refurb and a one-to-two-bed conversion, value after works, build cost, profit at each hammer price, a stress test with a bid limit, matched sold comparables and a legal-pack checklist.

How do I get the report?

By email, as a PDF, normally within one working day and always before the sale. There is no account to create: it goes to the address you pay with.

Why only 10 copies of each report?

A report on a good lot is worth less if everyone bidding has read it. We sell each lot's report 10 times and then close it. Members of The Weekly Shortlist can order 24 hours before everyone else.

What is in The Weekly Shortlist?

One email a week covering every lot we rate Good, with its A to E grade, a headline bid limit and the reason behind it. It includes 2 full reports a month: reply to the email with the lot you want. Membership is limited to 200 people.

Who checks the reports?

Every report is checked and signed off by hand before it is sent. Reports are guidance built from public data, not a RICS valuation or legal advice. Read the legal pack and take advice before you bid.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time: email hello@auctionwatch.org from the address you subscribed with. Membership ends at the close of the period you have paid for, and your place goes to the next person waiting.

Need finance, a solicitor or a builder?

Auction completion is usually 28 days. If you want one, we can introduce you to a bridging lender, an auction solicitor, or a surveyor or builder who works to that timetable. It is free and it is optional: we only pass on your contact details and what you tell us about the purchase.

An introduction is not a recommendation. We do not vouch for any firm, and whether you use one is your choice. See the terms.
